Very Slow Return Processing
I wanted to return the baby monitor I bought because it wasn't what I expected. I had to send several emails to get a return authorization. Almost a month after shipping the item back to them I finally got confirmation of the refund after sending another email to inquire about it. Also, they charge a lot for shipping and handling.
